Frome Comic Con

Frome Comic Con 2017 - Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th August
Frome Comic Con is back for 2017!
This year it will be bigger and better and we thank those that turned up for a great day last year, but this year we are extending to two days with lots happening over the weekend.
We begin with  a 'Heroes and Villains' football match happening at Frome Football Club from 12-1pm on the 12th August. This will be a charity event with all proceeds going to Time is Precious. More details and tickets will be available at the end of May.
We are also having a special focus on literacy in Frome whereby we will have some fantastic activities relating to graphic novels and word treasure hunts around the town. We are very excited about this and look forward to providing you with  more information.
The Cosplay opening party is on the Saturday evening at Rook Lane Chapel - there will be a family cosplay ball and an adult cosplay ball featuring 'Bat's new ride'.
The big event will be on the Sunday from 10am -4pm. There will be traders and exhibitors at the Cheese & Grain as well as our guest David Prowse and other sights, entertainment and activities.
As well as all this, like last year, other venues are getting involved across the centre of town, each having their separate themed areas as well as the comic writers and creators hub.
Oh and don't forget there are only 40 tickets available for an exclusive Q&A with David Prowse in the evening between 7-8pm. Save the date and we will update with more info soon!
